Leonard H. Kaser

Leonard H. Kaser opened his first office in Williamstown in 1957. Leonard maintained his practice until his retirement in 1987. His tradition of quality legal service to the community has been instilled in the members of our firm. This firm is in its fifth decade of serving Williamstown and all of the surrounding communities. We have represented clients in almost every county in New Jersey.


Richard S. Kaser, Esquire

Member of the firm since 1981, Mr. Kaser received his Juris Doctor degree from Drake University School of Law, Des Moines, Iowa 1980 and his B.S. from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI 1978. Mr. Kaser is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, New Jersey Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for District of New Jersey. He has been appointed solicitor for Monroe Savings Bank, SLA, and the Monroe Township Public Library. He is a past instructor for the American Institute of Banking, and is an adjunct professor at Gloucester County College. He teaches a property transactions course for the ABA approved paralegal program. Mr. Kaser is a member of the following: American Bar Association, N.J. State Bar Association, Gloucester County Bar Association and is a Gloucester County Civil Trial Case Arbitrator. He resides with his wife and two children in Glassboro, New Jersey. Areas of practice include: Personal Injury Claims, Real Estate Transactions, Zoning and Land Use, Matriomonial & Family Law, Corporate & Business Law, Civil Trial Practice, and Landlord / Tenant Matters.

Timothy K. McHugh, Esquire

Member of the firm since 1991, Mr. McHugh received his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE 1990 and his B.A. degree from the college of New Jersey, Ewing, NJ 1987. Mr. McHugh is admitted to practice law before the New Jersey Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for district of New Jersey. Areas of practice include: Estate Planning and Administration, Guardianship, Elder Law, Bankruptcy, Municipal Court, and Zoning and Land Use. Mr. McHugh is an adjunct professor at Gloucester County College. He teaches Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Administration, and Bankruptcy courses for the ABA approved paralegal program. He was also an instructor for the American Institute of Banking, teaching Bankruptcy courses. He has served as solicitor for Deptford Township Planning Board and the Deptford township Health Board. Mr McHugh is a member of the following: N.J. State Bar Association, Gloucester County Bar Association and past member of the Deptford Planning Board. He resides with his wife and three children in Deptford, New Jersey.


Nancy A. Pierson, Secretary / Office Manager

Member of the firm since 1985, Ms. Pierson received her education at Highland Regional High School and is certified in Principles of Court Administration. Past member of New Jersey conference of Municipal Court Clerks, and a past member of Camden County conference of Municipal Court Clerks, Nancy resides with her husband in Erial, NJ.


Neeta Blemings / Paralegal

Member of the firm since 2005. Mrs. Blemings received her degree in Paralegal Studies from Gloucester County College, Sewell, NJ. She is a member of the South Jersey Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegals Association. She resides with her husband and two children in Deptford, NJ.
